Abergwyngregyn and The Valley
Visiting are asked to follow these guidelines
The area is roughly half way between Llanfairfechan and Bangor. Buses regularly serve the village of Abergwyngregyn, and there are trains stations at Bangor and Llanfairfechan The North Wales Footpath passes through the Valley. The Aber Valley is a short walk from the free car down by the A55 Expressway, there are two car parks a little way up the Valley at entrance to the reserve for which there is a small charge There is coach parking places at the entrance to the village for which there is no charge, this is because you cannot get busses up the village. How ever if you wish to explore further, or carry out educational projects on the land or in the river , write to the Countryside Council for Wales beforehand. Fishing in the reserve is limited, by a CCW permit to the people of Aber and Llanfairfechan
